The SIDS/MBF Dental PPO provides dental services to more than 65,000 persons who are eligible for health benefits provided by The City of New York Management Benefits Fund. You are invited to apply for membership in the network.
The Management Benefits Fund covers active and retired New York City elected officials; Commissioners, Managers and Administrators of City agencies and other management and confidential employees and their dependents. This is a prestigious group of highly educated and distinguished individuals with an above average dental awareness who are exceptionally motivated with respect to their oral health and accustomed to excellent professional care.
PPO membership is select and limited based on geographic location and professional qualification. The limited size of the panel and its strong endorsement by the Management Benefits Fund has made this an extremely successful program. Should you apply and be accepted, you will have the opportunity to bring patients of the highest caliber and standing into your practice.

SIDS staff members are available by phone, fax and email to provide administrative assistance for you and your staff. SIDS produces and distributes promotional and instructive material to prospective patients. Working in cooperation with the claims administrator SIDS helps expedite claims authorization and payments and in various other ways facilitates the daily operation of your practice.
The cost of these and other advantages unique to the SIDS network is entirely offset by a membership fee of $25 per participating office per month. That charge will be waived for the first 3 months of membership on the panel.
